Families are invited to enjoy food, music, and fellowship at the Ballentine Community Picnic on Sunday, September 14, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Woodmen of the World Lodge, located at 2000 Johnson Marina Road in Chapin.
The free event will feature a barbecue meal catered by Tim’s Catering, including pork barbecue, mac and cheese, and more. Guests are encouraged to bring a dessert to share.
Entertainment will be provided by the local band Time Pirates, making for an afternoon of lively music and community spirit.
The picnic is presented by the Ballentine Community Association and supported through a Richland County Neighborhood Improvement Grant.
