Donations Accepted at Irmo Branch Library Through October 31
IRMO, S.C. – The Irmo Branch Library is partnering with the Lake Murray–Irmo Woman’s Club to collect donations for Midlands Orphan Relief, a nonprofit that supports children affected by abandonment, abuse, or neglect.
Community members are encouraged to donate new or like-new children’s clothing, shoes, coats, and plush stuffed toys at the Irmo Branch Library through October 31.
In addition, the organization is in need of:

New underwear and socks (all children’s sizes)

Baby toiletries and wipes
-
Diapers (sizes 3 to pull-ups)
Midlands Orphan Relief provides essential items and comfort to children in need across the Midlands, with a mission that no child should go without life’s necessities, regardless of circumstance.
Donations can be dropped off during regular library hours at the Irmo Branch Library, located at 6251 St. Andrews Road.
