IRMO, SC – May 17, 2025 – The Coldstream Homeowners Association gathered for their annual picnic on Saturday at Moore Park, bringing together residents from one of South Carolina’s largest connected neighborhoods.
The Coldstream subdivision, which includes over 1,000 households, was developed in the 1970s and 80s and takes its name from the historic Coldstream Guard of England. The HOA plays a vital role in maintaining the neighborhood’s common areas and partnering with residents on beautification projects.
The picnic offered neighbors the opportunity to enjoy food, fellowship, and fun, reinforcing the community spirit that has long defined the Coldstream area.
