Major John Hendricks recently completed the prestigious FBI Command College program. The course is a dynamic, intensive and challenging program designed to prepare law enforcement leaders for command-level positions.
“Hands down this was the most fantastic training in my law enforcement career,” said Hendricks. “It was an incredible opportunity to work with other like-minded individuals and I look forward to applying this knowledge to the Irmo Police Department.”
Command responsibility, discipline and liability, team building, resilient leadership and change within an organization were among the topics attendees from all over the State of South Carolina were engaged in over the week-long seminar held in Myrtle Beach.
