Irmo Police Senior Patrol Officer Kenneth Neivel was promoted to Corporal/investigator recently by Irmo Police Chief Bobby Dale. Neivel has been with the Irmo Police Department since March of 2019 and will now be part of the Irmo Criminal Investigations Division.
