The Irmo Chamber of Commerce has recognized Yadria Curet and Cora Krebs of CrossRoads Intermediate School as its Teacher and Student of the Month.
Curet, the school’s Art Teacher and current Teacher of the Year, was praised for her dedication and leadership. “She is a dedicated member of our faculty and a champion for our school and district,” said Principal Dr. Erin Doty. “She represents CrossRoads with excellence and models service and integrity each day. I am grateful for all she pours into our students and school.”
Student honoree Cora Krebs was recognized for her positive spirit, leadership, and academic excellence. “Cora comes to school with a smile on her face and brings a positive energy that lifts everyone around her up,” Doty said. “Her diligence and kindness not only make her a bright student but a joy to have in class. She is a shining example of leadership and excellence.”
