IRMO, SC – A big thank you goes out to the Irmo Elementary School Student Council for leading the Pledge of Allegiance at last night’s Irmo Town Council meeting!
The council took a moment to recognize the exceptional leadership and accomplishments of these young students throughout the school year. Highlights of their efforts include:
- Coordinating a Veterans Day parade
- Collecting donations for Sharing God’s Love Crisis Ministry
- Organizing a District 5 School Board Appreciation Month
- Raising $600 through pencil gram sales
- Providing testing treats for students in grades 3 through 5
