IRMO, S.C. — The Irmo High School girls golf team opened its season Aug. 25 with a 221-249 victory over Fox Creek at Oak Hills Golf Club.
Freshman Roan Holt led the Lady Yellow Jackets as the low medalist, shooting a 51.
Kaya Brunson followed with a 52, while sophomore Layah Gattison carded a 54.
The victory gives Irmo a strong start to the 2026 season.
