Lexington Police Department Foundation Golf Tournament announcement

Chief Terrence Green is excited to announce the 4th annual Lexington Police Department Foundation Golf Tournament which will be held at the Golden Hills Golf & Country Club on Monday, May 23, 2022.

The purpose of the golf tournament is to provide funding for the Lexington Police Department Foundation which is used within our agency, to support our officers, and to further community-focused programs.

As the golf tournament approaches, team entries are being accepted and the Lexington Police Department is seeking out local corporate sponsorships. Monetary donations are welcome and there are also opportunities for businesses to donate items for player gift bags and raffle prizes.

The cost for team entry is $300 for four players and will include a catered breakfast and lunch, raffle prizes, and several on-course challenges with prizes. Tournament winners will receive individual trophies and prizes. Mulligan packages will be offered to players on the day of the tournament.

A maximum of twenty-five four-player teams will be allowed at this event.

Corporate sponsorships are available at five levels which range from $250 to $2,500 and will include business signs placed on the golf course and online promotion. Several sponsorship levels will also include a four-player team or multiple teams.

Golden Hills Golf & Country Club is located at 100 Scotland Drive in Lexington, South Carolina.

Breakfast and check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the shotgun start will begin at 9:30 a.m.
