The Central Midlands Council of Governments, Central Midlands Transit (COMET), and the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) are teaming up on a new project called LINKS to Lake Murray.
This project focuses on studying two key corridors around Lake Murray:
- SC 6 (North Lake Drive) – From Dreher Shoals Road to Lake Murray Blvd.
- SC 60 (Lake Murray Blvd) – From North Lake Drive to St. Andrews Rd.
The goal of LINKS to Lake Murray is to enhance mobility and safety for all who use these roads. Community input is essential to understanding the challenges and opportunities present in these corridors.
