The staff at Irmo Town Hall celebrated Halloween in classic style this year, dressing in costumes inspired by The Wizard of Oz. Employees brought the beloved story to life with characters from Dorothy and the Scarecrow to the Tin Man and Wicked Witch, making the holiday festive for all who visited Town Hall.
