Don’t miss the 10th Anniversary of Tasting Notes presented by the South Carolina Philharmonic on March 25th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at the S.C. State Museum. This signature fundraising event will feature a delightful evening of wine and food celebration, all in support of the orchestra’s education and community outreach programs.

Tickets are priced at $100 per person or $150 per couple, which includes access to all food and libations. Guests can also enjoy a silent auction, a cash cigar bar by Stoney Creek Cigars, beer by Columbia Craft Brewing, and music by Mark Rapp and the ColaJazz Foundation and the Dreher High School Steel Drum Band.

Tasting Notes is proudly sponsored by First Citizens Bank and promises to be a sold-out evening filled with culinary delights and entertainment. This year’s proceeds will specifically support the expansion of the organization’s education and outreach initiatives.

Executive Director Rhonda Hunsinger expressed excitement about the impact of these programs, stating, “Music is a great unifier and universal language that can connect us in our community.” The SC Philharmonic’s commitment to bringing music into hospitals, schools, and public spaces demonstrates their dedication to creating meaningful connections through music.

Tasting Notes also celebrates the strong relationships between the SC Philharmonic and its restaurant partners, vendors, and wine distributors. The event will feature a diverse array of culinary offerings from renowned restaurants such as Blue Marlin Steaks & Seafood, Boku, Bourbon Columbia, and many more.
