SOTA Art Gallery in Cayce, SC, will be hosting a weeklong celebration in honor of Bob Ross’s birthday starting October 29, his actual birth date. The event runs daily from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., from October 29 through November 2.
Attendees can learn the iconic Wet-on-Wet oil painting technique with Certified Ross Instructor Barbie Sawyer. Each day will feature a different painting, and participants can sign up for the entire week to receive one class for free. All materials are provided, and no prior painting experience is required.
The celebration will also include special activities such as a birthday cake on October 29, door prizes, a Bob Ross T-shirt raffle, and daily cupcakes.
