Dutch Fork and Irmo both earned Top Five finishes at the S.C. High School League Class 5A competitive cheer finals held at Colonial Life Arena.
The Silver Foxes placed third in Division I, finishing behind repeat champion Lexington and Region 4-5A rival River Bluff.
In Division II, the Lady Yellow Jackets finished fourth. The division was won once again by Chapin, the now 19-time state champion and fellow Lexington-Richland School District Five member. Irmo’s score of 265.5 points was a season high.
