Danielle McNaughton (Communications and Special Projects Coordinator) has been named the Town of Irmo Employee of the Quarter for 1st Quarter 2025! This award recognizes an employee who consistently goes above and beyond in their responsibilities, demonstrating exceptional dedication and quality in their work.
Danielle has been with the Town for the past 15 months and has done an outstanding job engaging with the community and showcasing the many wonderful things happening in Irmo. She plays a vital role in shaping the Town’s image, branding, and communication efforts, ensuring that our organization is presented positively and that our citizens stay informed about Irmo’s activities.
Although Danielle remains behind the scenes, you may have noticed her work through the many engagements on our social media platforms or the Town’s presence and involvement at many of our community events. Danielle is always finding new ways to engage with our community and share the good news about Irmo, helping us continue to build trust in our community.
“Danielle shows up each day with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence which is infectious around the office,” said Town Administrator Courtney Dennis. “She is a role model for all of us.”
Mayor Danielson presented her with this well-deserved award at the Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 18.
