The Irmo Fire Department was glad to welcome multiple Girl Scout troops to our Headquarters Station this week. Each of these young ladies received a VIP tour of the station, learned about Engine 171 and its equipment, and had some Q&A time with our B Shift firefighters.
Their favorite part was getting to sit inside E171, of course. After all the fun, these troops presented the firefighters with stuffed animal donations they had collected, and multiple boxes of Girl Scout cookies.
