John “Doc” Holladay, was given the Order of the Palmetto by Rep. Chip Huggins and Rep. Chris Wooten for House at the August Greater Irmo Chamber Luncheon. Doc has lived many lifetimes in his short 97 years on this earth and we are grateful to have him in the Irmo Community.
Temples-Halloran Funeral & Cremation Services nominated Doc for the Order of the Palmetto and made sure he got to the luncheon.
Shaw Industries sponsored the luncheon which was held at Pawmetto Lifeline. Moe’s Southwest Grill provided the meal.
Sarah Main, Executive Director of the Lexington County Community Mental Health Center was the speaker and provided information for managing stress and anxiety during these uncertain times.
Oxi-Thyme was responsible for sanitizing the room to keep attendees safe.
