Marie Shaw of the Treasures of the Heart was among the latest batch of recipients to accept a check for the Town of Irmo’s Future Growth Corporation. The four-year-old dress and accessory shop was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and Councilman William Danielson presented Marie with the grant to assist small businesses like Treasures of the Heart. So far the Irmo Future Growth Corporation has provided more than $100,000 in financial relief. Treasure of the Heart is located in the Friarsgate Centre located on N. Royal Tower Rd. in Irmo.
