Irmo will hold its first Juneteenth celelbration June 19 from 11 am – 1 pm.
The event is free to enter, and there will be fun, food, and music in the Irmo Community Park to celebreate the end of slavery in the United states in 1865.

There will also be a children’s fashion show, as well as performances by the Irmo High and Irmo Middle students.
