Library book donation day Saturday

Got books? The Friends of the Irmo Branch Library, 6251 St. Andrews Road, will accept donations of used books from 9 am to noon this Saturday, June 8.

Books may be dropped off curbside at the side entrance to the library, where Friends volunteers will assist in unloading. Or you may bring books to the library’s Mungo Room.

The library does not accept CDs, VHS tapes, magazines/journals, encyclopedias, dictionaries, text books more than five years old, travel and computer books more than three years old, Readers Digest condensed books, or moldy, damaged or ripped books.
