The town of Irmo will serve as host site for the South Carolina District 3 Junior and Senior League baseball tournaments.
Both Irmo Little League teams have qualified for the tournament. The Junior team will play its games at Friarsgate Park, while the Seniors will compete at Irmo High School.
Tournament officials are looking for assistance in the following areas for both tournaments in the press box:
-Announcer
– Pitch count
-Official book.

This past weekend saw the Irmo Little League Majors (ages 8,9 and 10) win the S.C. District 3 championship. It swept the host Trenholm Little League by the scores of 17-1 and 14-0.
Up next is the state tournament in Greenwood on July 16 where Irmo Little League will face Barrier Islands.
