IRMO — New Hope Church recently welcomed families for an Easter celebration at its campus on Old Tamah Road, featuring a community egg hunt and fellowship activities.
Pastor Steve Counts shared the Easter story with attendees before more than 25 children took part in the egg hunt, searching the church grounds for filled eggs.
Following the hunt, children and families gathered in the fellowship hall to enjoy juice and homemade decorated cookies, rounding out the event with a time of food and community connection.
Organizers said the event was designed to provide a fun and meaningful way for families to celebrate the Easter season together.
