Students from Nursery Road Elementary School-Arts Magnet participated in a virtual chat with a Broadway star! The 5th grade students spoke to Pearl Khwezi, who is currently starring as Nala in The Lion King on Broadway. They got to talk to the star for 45 minutes and ask her questions about what it means to be a professional actor. The school received a scholarship from Broadway Plus which made the call possible.
