Palmetto Citizens Boardr Series Set for March 28-29 at Rawls Creek Park

Skateboarders from all over will gather at Rawls Creek Park this Friday and Saturday for the Palmetto Citizens Boardr Series, a national all-ages skateboarding competition that leads up to the final event in Tampa, Florida, this December.

This exciting two-day event will showcase skateboarding talent in the park’s newly opened skateboard bowl, bringing together competitors, vendors, food, and live music for a weekend full of action.

  • Friday’s events kick off at 6:30 PM
  • Saturday’s competitions start at 8:00 AM

The Boardr Series, formerly known as the GFL (Grind for Life) Series, aims to provide an inclusive and fulfilling skateboarding experience for skaters of all skill levels. A portion of the entry fees will go toward the Grind for Life non-profit, which helps cancer patients with travel expenses for treatment.

Location: Rawls Creek Park, 1113 Friargate Blvd., Irmo

Come out to support the skateboarding community and enjoy a weekend of high-energy competition, great food, and entertainment!
