IRMO – The Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bickley Station, the newest development by Great Southern Homes.
Located on Palmetto Wood Parkway, Bickley Station features energy-efficient GreenSmart homes starting in the $320s. Each home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and the option for a two-car garage. The development is designed with modern amenities throughout, appealing to families and first-time buyers alike.
Mayor Bill Danielson was on hand to welcome the new neighborhood. “We need new homes in Irmo, and this is a great addition,” he said during the ceremony.
