On Tuesday, September 10, a group of SC Career Kids at Irmo Elementary School were treated to a special surprise—chocolate sundaes with sprinkles, courtesy of Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream. Located at 252 Harbison Blvd., Handel’s also gave a presentation to the children about the process and business of making homemade ice cream.
This event was part of the SC Career Kids program, which engages young students in career exploration with experienced professionals. The program introduces children from kindergarten to fifth grade to a variety of careers, allowing them to ask questions and participate in hands-on activities.
