The Columbia Philatelic Society Stamp and Card Show will be held on August 19-20 at Spring Valley High School. The stamp show brings collectors from Virginia to Florida and points west to Columbia for the weekend. This year’s show theme is the 50th anniversary of our all volunteer military. There will Abe a special ceremony on Saturday morning honoring members of the military. Boy Scouts will have an opportunity to earn their stamp collecting merit badge. Admission is free and door prizes will be given away. The event is handicapped-accessible.
