Richland offices, drop-off sites to close for holiday

Richland County Government offices will be closed this Monday, January 18 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The County’s C&D Landfill, Clemson Road Drop-off Recycling Site and Lower Richland Drop-off Center will also be closed. Schedules for curbside trash and recycling collection will not be affected.
