Volunteers Needed for Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign

The Salvation Army of the Midlands is looking for volunteers to help spread holiday cheer by ringing bells at Red Kettles this Christmas season. The annual Red Kettle Campaign, which runs from November 29 through December 23, raises funds to support vital programs like rent and utility assistance, feeding programs, youth services, and emergency disaster relief.

“This is a wonderful way for families and individuals to give back during the holiday season,” said Major Mark Craddock, Midlands Area Command. “Every bell ringer helps bring hope to those in need.”

With 36 locations across the Midlands, volunteers are needed throughout the campaign. Mondays and Tuesdays are reserved for sponsors and groups able to cover an entire day, but other dates are open for individuals, families, and groups who want to volunteer.
