Women’s Club supports Killingsworth Home

Members of the St. Andrews Woman’s Club recently donated $5,000 to Killingsworth Home for Women.

The donation was made possible by a grant from the S.C.F.W.C. Progress Foundation, a private foundation supporting libraries, education, women, and children within South Carolina.

The donated funds are earmarked for use in buying women’s feminine hygiene items, soaps, lotions, hair care items, and underwear, as well as bus passes for the women to travel to/from work, training, and job interviews.
