Are You a Heart Attack waiting to happen?

By Eileen Renders

In 1922, Dr. London, A Cardiologist and Surgeon, was interviewed in TODAY magazine. He shared how he began to experience some subtle (initially) symptoms and, not unlike many of us, passed them off as inconsequential. However, as a couple of these symptoms began to intensify, he found that he was having a heart attack due to a 99% blockage in his right coronary artery.

Dr. London made it through with good care, and is alive and well today, and much more proactive in his health regarding nutrition, supplements, exercise, and sharper awareness of symptoms.

Dr. London shares Signs of A Heart Attack, To Not Ignore;

  1. Crushing Chest pain
  2. Chest pressure
  3. Shortness of breath
  4. Lightheadedness, or passing out
  5. The Inability to lie flat and breathe comfortably
  6. Swollen legs

Depending on the intensity, or preferably right away, go to the nearest Emergency room to be diagnosed and treated immediately, as time is of the essence.

After receiving immediate Emergency care, it is essential to consult your Cardiologist for recommendations going forward.

There are a few supplements and vitamins that may be of benefit for keeping the arteries clean and clear. As follows, but not without cautions: Diabetics, Pregnant women, Heart failure, those on blood thinners, and the severity of the condition. It is a must to receive approval from your doctor before taking any supplements.

With his/her approval, you may ask about the following;
