IRMO, S.C. — McGregor Presbyterian Church is inviting the community to enjoy an evening of live music on Friday, Aug. 28, featuring the award-winning band Carolina Bluegrass Style.
Known for blending Classic Country, traditional hard-driving Bluegrass, Rock, Blues, Jazz and Reggae, Carolina Bluegrass Style has developed a distinctive sound that honors American roots while incorporating a variety of musical influences.
The group was named Bluegrass Group of the Year at the 2025 Josie Music Awards and has performed at major festivals throughout the Carolinas, Tennessee, Alabama and across the Southeast. The band has also shared the stage with nationally touring acts and is recognized for its original arrangements and creative cross-genre interpretations.
The concert will be held in Glenn Hall at McGregor Presbyterian Church, 6505 St. Andrews Road. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., with the performance beginning at 7 p.m.
