The Irmo Fire Foundation will hold a community yard sale Sept. 12 at Union United Methodist Church to raise funds for the Irmo Fire District.
Residents are encouraged to do some summer cleaning and donate gently used items to support the sale. Accepted donations include electronics, small appliances, household items, small furniture, clothing, toys and books. Tax receipts will be provided upon request.
Donations can be dropped off at the North Lake Station, 117 Lincreek Drive, Columbia, on the following dates:
- Aug. 15, 16, 29 and Sept. 5: 8-11 a.m.
- Aug. 15 and 29: 7-9 p.m.
Those unable to make the scheduled drop-off times can arrange another time by emailing [email protected].
