Cicely Brianna Major, an Irmo resident, received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of South Carolina on May 3.
Major was a 2015 graduate of Dutch Fork High School where she participated in the STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program of Lexington/Richland School District 5.
After her high school graduation, Major attended Clemson University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in 2019 in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
She has worked as an intern in several Walgreens stores in the Columbia area. She is preparing to become a licensed pharmacist.
Cicely is the daughter of Cecil and Michele Major of Irmo.
