After an extensive investigation involving multiple witness interviews and the review of surveillance footage from nearby businesses, Chelsie B. Pittman was identified as the individual at fault for the collision. “Because of Pittman’s poor decision, we have two families whose lives are changed forever,” Chief Dale remarked. He urged individuals to consider the consequences of impaired driving, emphasizing the devastating impact it can have on innocent lives.
