Matt Baughman, the owner of David’s Fine Jewelry, was recognized as the Irmo Small Business of the Month for January 2022. Mayor Barry Walker and the town council presented the award to Matt during the January 18 council meeting. Matt has been with David’s Fine Jewelry for 30 years which features fine jewelry sales, repair and purchases.
