IRMO, SC – Joshua Dykes, a student at Seven Oaks Elementary, has been recognized as the Lake Murray-Irmo Rotary Club’s February Student of the Month.
Principal Dr. Angie Slatton praised Joshua’s leadership and positive attitude, stating, “Joshua is one of our amazing students who shows support for his classmates. He is on our safety patrol and, rain or shine, is always greeting his fellow students with a ‘good morning’ or ‘have a great day.’”
She also highlighted his integrity in the classroom, his active participation in learning, and his respect for teachers.
“We are so proud of Joshua and know he has a great future ahead,” Slatton said.
The Lake Murray-Irmo Rotary Club recognizes outstanding students each month for their dedication, leadership, and contributions to their school community.
