Irmo, South Carolina — InfraGard South Carolina is proud to announce the election of Mike Ward as its President for the 2025-2026 term. InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector, is dedicated to safeguarding the nation’s critical infrastructure through collaboration, information sharing, and community engagement.
InfraGard plays a pivotal role in enhancing national security by fostering public-private partnerships across 16 critical infrastructure sectors, including energy, healthcare, financial services, and information technology. With over 77 chapters nationwide, the organization provides a platform for members to share timely, sensitive information to mitigate cyber and physical threats.
Mike Ward brings extensive experience in leadership, cybersecurity, and community engagement to this role. As an entrepreneur and the owner of Turtle Creek Concepts, a cybersecurity firm specializing in small business protection, Mike has spent over two decades helping organizations strengthen their defenses against evolving threats. He is also the founder of Tech for Older Adults, an initiative aimed at closing the digital divide for older adults through education and support.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike is deeply committed to volunteerism and leadership. He serves as the Vice President of Advocacy for the South Carolina PTA and has held leadership roles in various non-profits, including Toastmasters International and the Irmo Okra Strut Commission.
