Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. It is a children’s ministry that uses gift-filled shoeboxes to transform the lives of children around the world who are victims of war, poverty, famine, terrorism, and natural disasters. Shoebox gifts give so much joy, hope, and love to a child in need.
You can pack a shoebox for a boy or girl or both. You can select from 3 different age groups. Suggested items to put in your box are school supplies, hygiene items, and a WOW toy such as a doll, stuffed animal, or soccer ball and pump. If you don’t like to shop. You can “Build-A-Box Online”. Visit samaritanspurse.org/occ for more information.
