One of the standout moments was the unveiling of the brand-new outdoor classroom, made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Nestled among the trees, this outdoor space provides a unique setting for hands-on learning and nature appreciation, allowing teachers to take the traditional classroom outdoors and fostering a deeper connection with the natural world.

Veterans Day Parade: Honoring True Heroes

River Springs Elementary paid tribute to the nation’s heroes with a touching Veterans Day parade. Students and staff, adorned in patriotic colors, lined the school grounds to express gratitude as Veterans marched through. The event not only honored the veterans but also instilled a sense of patriotism and respect in the students.

Grits for Grandparents: Bridging Generations

Bringing generations together, Grits for Grandparents was a heartwarming occasion where grandparents enjoyed breakfast with their grandchildren.
