Seven Oaks Elementary Global Magnet School recently received the gift of a book vending machine for students.
The addition allows children to earn books of their choice as rewards for positive behavior and consistent attendance.
The initiative is designed to promote literacy and foster a love of reading among students, while also reinforcing the importance of good conduct and regular school attendance.
The St. Andrews Women’s Club gave the donation that made the vending machine possible.
“We are very grateful to the St. Andrews Women’s Club for the gift of reading.” said school principal, Dr. Angie Slatton.
