Irmo Middle School’s Christopher Adams and 8th grader Kennedy Hampton have been named the Irmo Chamber of Commerce’s Teacher and Student of the Month.
“Mr. Adams is the epitome of a great educator,” Administrative Assistant Principal Sharisse Lee said. “He is there whenever anyone needs him and is passionate about his job and his students. We are lucky to have him at Irmo Middle School and to call him our Teacher of the Year.”
Lee said, “Kennedy is a scholar athlete who takes pride in everything she does on and off the court. She is reliable, dependable and her integrity says the most about who she is. She represents herself, her school and her family extremely well.”
