Caregiving in America is on the rise. About 53 million U.S adults care for a spouse, a parent/elderly family member, or special-needs child. Many of these caregivers are still working full-time jobs and/or raising a family of their own. Caregivers may not know when or how to access and best utilize available resources. As a result, caregivers often neglect their own health care needs causing deterioration in their health and well-being.
