Gentlemen:
I am happy to have learned that Haley Griggs is running for a position on the Richland
Five School Board. Haley is a well-educated and brilliant health care worker and she works for a
local physician in the Irmo area. I have known Haley and her family for some time. Haley is a
member of the Irmo Arbor Day Committee and she has supported the Arbor Day Committee in
Irmo.
I have had a long conversation with Haley about the need for improvement at Irmo High
School. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the issues impacting the Irmo cluster as well as the
district in general. There is no doubt in my mind but that she would be an exemplary member of
the Lexington/Richland Five School Board.
Without hesitation, I strongly endorse this lady’s candidacy for the school board. If
anyone has any questions as to her qualifications, I would be more than happy to discuss the
