Luziana Purchase recently opened its doors at 7011 St.Andrews Road in the Murraywood Shopping Centre. Introducing charcuterie and PO-boys, the New Orleans-inspired Cajun/Creole foods include specialty salads, sweets, veggies, hummus, meats, cheeses and specialties.
Mary Katherine and Thomas Grimoskas had a vision to bring the blend of Nawlins cuisine to Irmo. Thomas began in the Big Easy working in hotels, restaurants and cooking in private clubs.
Along with weekly specials now this family business offers in-house prepared charcuterie boards with artisan cheeses, curated meats and even a dessert charcuterie. A variety of PO-boys are on the menu and served on authentic bread from New Orleans.
Mary Katherine has a lot of her handcrafted art pieces on display in the restaurant and they are available to buy along with other culinary-related retail items.
