Open Letter
Why vote? The reason is simple, what voice of government do you want over you, your kids, grandkids, and your future? This letter is for all dads, moms and grandparents who are concerned about progressive gender ideologies and left-wing activism that conflict with conservative Christian values.
In this election, it is imperative to know the ideologies of each candidate. Catherine Huddle, Kenneth Loveless, and Jason Baynham are the conservative candidates that align with conservative values. Scott Herring holds liberal views and agrees with keeping sexually explicit books in school libraries. Herring stated in a Facebook post “In the midst of book banning legislation being forced into our school districts, it is time to celebrate Banned Books.”
Here are Herring’s disturbing thoughts about the budget proviso requiring use of restrooms based on birth sex. He states, “The primary goal should always be to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every student.” I don’t know about you, but I don’t want a boy in any girl’s bathroom.
On the issue of protecting children from harmful sexually explicit books, Herring says, “The goal should be to ensure academic freedom while respecting community values. I would review the current policy to ensure it is fair and balanced, allowing for thoughtful consideration of concerns while protecting academic freedom and ensuring students have access to diverse educational materials.” Dads and moms, do you want your child to read sexually charged “diverse” material in a school library in the name of “academic freedom?”
The choice here is the choice between conservative beliefs and harmful liberal progressive ideologies. If you are a parent who stands on solid Christian conservative values, the choice is obvious, Catherine Huddle, Ken Loveless and Jason Baynham.
