Irmo, SC – The Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce celebrated excellence and community leadership at its annual awards gala, where David Kafitz was named Ambassador of the Year for 2025.
This prestigious award, the highest honor bestowed by the Irmo Chamber, recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the growth and success of the Chamber and the Irmo community. Chosen by past Ambassadors from 1999 to 2024, Kafitz was recognized for his tireless contributions, leadership, and commitment to service.
Joining Kafitz in celebration were GICC CEO/President Kerry Powers and GICC Chairman of the Board Billy Chastain, who congratulated him on his well-deserved recognition.
