Katy Wiggs founded the organization during the COVID -19 pandemic shutdown in 2020 realizing the need for children to have a safe place to learn since most schools had closed temporarily. Wiggs partnered with the Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce and created a ‘one-room schoolhouse’  at the chamber for the children. The idea began there to have professionals from all walks of life talk to the children about their designated professions.
